Dynamic colour for bars in bar chart

I want to create a bar chart with one dimension - Product and two measures - Target Vs Actual, where the color for Target bar is Grey (i.e.fixed ), but the color of Actuals must be red if actuals > target , else it has to be blue as shown in the  screenshot here. Does anyone have any idea to achieve this in Qlik sense bar chart ?  Thanks!

Hi, 
If you want to use Qlik native bar chart, you have to create a synthetic dimension with the name of your Measures and use one measure with if function according to the dimension values. 
this might have an effect on performance though.
another option is to use Vizlib bar chart  where you can define the color for individual measures
