Export Qlik sense web app on desktop

Hi all,

I would like to know if my qlik users would be able to download an app from the qlik sense web version to their local computer.

The goal is for them to be able to go and see customers/suppliers with data without having to connect to our newtork with a VPN access.

I know this is possible with the Qlik Sense IOS App but is it on a laptop?
