Help Needed with Expression Involving Multiple Conditions

I am attempting to return a value of 1 for a single line item if the following conditions are met:

My field titled "Type" is a equal to either Note or Coding Sheet

and my field titled "Days Past" meets the condition of Days Past > 23 

As I'm sure you can tell by my post, I am rather new to Qlik expressions so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where are you looking to do this? Front end or in the script?
