How frequently we can assign,remove and reallocation professional and Analyzer user ?

Hi,

I have professional user pass and  analyzer user pass. I just want to know how frequently I can assign,remove and reallocation the pass to multiple user.

Have not looked it up but I assume it is same as other licenses, that is seven days quarantine from last use.
