How to edit Windows Authentication login form built into Sense?

Hi,

I noticed that when trying to access a Qlik Sense Mashup (with windows authentication) from a PC, you can force it to use a form as shown below:

Header 1

I tried to find the location of the form to maybe add our logo but I cant find the HTML file. Anyone know the file location by any chance? Are you even able to set custom logon pages?

Seems like a nice way to do a quick customised login screen without having to write a whole new authentication module...
