How to reach TLS 1.2 via REST Connector ?

On one of our server hosting an API, we upgraded the TLS from 1.1 to 1.2 and suddenly, our Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Qlik REST Connector connection to the API was broken. 

Downgrading back to 1.1 worked but it is far more vulnerable, is there any way to stay at the recommended TLS 1.2 ?

Where does that setting come from on the Qlik side ?
