How to show a value on tooltip in cumulative flow line diagram?

Hi Qlik Experts,

How do I show value on hover on a cumulative flow chart? Please refer the screenshot.

Measure: assign every time an items updates its status. (Done, In progress, etc.)

How do I show the Item value on hover, so as a user I know which item status got changed?
