Internal Engine Error - QlikSense

Hello Everyone ,

            I am unable to access my Qliksense reports . As soon as I open the reports with Mozilla browser an ' Internal Engine Error ' is showing in Qliksense . But the reports are working fine using Internal Explorer .

Please help me to solve this issue and suggest me any solution.
