Is it possible to setup different value labels on a bar chart?

Hello to whomever concerned,

I am wondering if it were possible to setup custom value labels on a bar chart (or) Combo Chart that is different from the measure.

I tried using DUAL. I did go through the settings but they aren't just hitting the mark. I want a chart that has averages and the tool tip can show the average value but I'd like the data label for each bar to show the count/number of records. Thoughts?

You can do this in the chart settings under "Quickinfo", just deactivate standard labeling and make custom heading, text and measures. You can also add pcitures or other charts in the label
