JWT Auth- Error 400 Contact your system administrator

Hello Team,

I have created virtual proxy with JWT authentication successfully, but when i am sending GET request from Postman, every time i get 400 response.

I have the same issue that @pankajbhapkar  is facing.

My environment:

Qlik Sense Enterprise April/2020 (on Windows Server 2016)

I performed the same steps @Anonymous showed in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9_d_bPDymk

Also tryed the same steps showed this Qlik Help Guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LrWoqVeRkwM

None of these worked. Please, any ideas?

Please check, that the certificate in the Virtual Proxy and the private key which you use to sign the JWT are matching. You can check this on https://jwt.io if you set the encoding to RS-256 and paste both. Next, check that you provide the exact two attributes in the JWT payload that you configured in the Virtual Proxy as the one holding the userid and userdirectory. Also check the logs under C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Proxy\Trace
