KM files 2 digit Postalcode Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, France

Hello,

Does anyone have kml files of Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg and France with areas of first 2 digits of the postal code?

I found already such a kml file for Germany but unfortunatlely that was the only one.

I bought a kml file of the Netherlands. A big file (22MB's) and when I want to see it in a map, an error occurs (in dutch: "De hyperkubusresultaten zij te groot"). Compared to the size of the kml fiie of Germany I found in the community (2 MB's), this file is too big and probably not compatible for Qlik Sense Desktop.
