Map in Qlik Sense With Section Access

Hi,

I have a problem with my Map Object when I activate the section access in my Qlik Sense App.

All department and region deseaper of my map if I don't have data in these department.

Can you help me to find a solution to keep the department in my Map even if they no have data please ?
