Monitoring app detects user-based license after upgrade to Feb 2019

Hello, i updated my Qlik Sense Environment from Sept 2017 to Feb 2019.

We use the Token license model with User Access and login access.

When using the Feb 2019 Version and the appropriate version of license monitor the app doesn´t show data for login access. It says, that user-based license model was detected.

Where can i change it back to Token based?
