Not Able To Log Out Of Qlik Sense Hub

Hello,

When a user is logged into the Hub, they are not able to log out.  They get the attached message when they click on Log out.  The installed version is 3.2.  Has anyone see this error before?

Alec,

You need to clear your browser's data:

Specifically cookies, Passwords and Cached files...

just click on refresh..you will be logged out..

I tried that before posting the issue.  Doing that just refreshes the page with the same user logged in.
