Pivot: Sort multiple dimensions

Hi everybody,

I'd like to filter multiple dimensions by quantity descending.

It works properly using a single dimension, but when I add a second one and use the sort by expression function it doesn't.

The reason may be, the second dimension is sorted by total quantities, independent of dimensions.

Here an example: Pears are ranked second at customer A although it has the lowest quantity of Customer A. (I suggest, the reason is it has the second highest quantity in total: 20 kg of customer A + 80 kg of customer B)

This is how the Pivot should look like:

Many thanks and best wishes

Hello

You need to change the automatic sort applied in your chart by going in the sorting menu of your tcd and click "sort by first expression" :

Hi Sabrina,

it works fine, many thanks.

Additionally, I would like to know if there is an option for not sorting by first expression.

Many thanks and best wishes

Simon

I want to add, it works as long as I am using not more than two dimensions.

If I add a third dimension, sorting by first expression, doesn't work anymore.
