Pivot Table "how to" question

Put Qlik down for a year -- now I can't seem to remember how to do this, or if it can't be done.

Within a pivot table I have both Year and Years of Experience fields.

I want to do a calculation that divides a measure of interest in a given Year and Year of Experience by a measure from a Previous Year and one less Year of Experience.  I'm comparing this year's population against the same group last year -- last year they had one less year experience.

Example: Year includes 2021, 2020, 2019, .....  Years of Experience includes 0, 1, 2, 3, ...   Measure of interest for {2021, 3) = 8; Measure of interest for {2020, 2} = 10.  The desired calculation would be 8 / 10 = 80%.

One example Set Analysis attempt: =sum({$ <[MyYear]={"$(=[MyYear]-1)"}>} MyMeasure) -- just trying to get MyYear right, not worried about MyExperience yet.

I think I'm having a "calculated dimension" issue and that this isn't possible -- e.g. that I can't reference a year outside the defined dimension of the pivot table cell.

Any thoughts?
