Plotting likelihood curve.

I wish to plot a likelihood curve. I have bins in my data as

current, current to 30, 30 to 90, 90+

I wish to calculate what is the probability of 'No show' or 'Cancellation' if patient books an appointment say 'current to 30'  as oppose to '30 to 90'.

how can I do this. Someone please help !!
