We are having major issues with one of our QS environments.
It was upgraded a while ago to June 2017 - Patch 2 - 11.11.3, working fine.
Suddenly we can not see the icons for the apps (see attached 2.png) and when we try to open the Apps we get the error message "The app you specified could not be found" (see attached 1.png).
We have tried everything, and do not really want to reinstall the server as it is massive.

did you change any file names?
if not replace the backup folder in the latest path and check once
and same qvf copy into local and try to open then you can able to see or not?

Is there an automated backup folder I can use?
Same qvf is working fine when I am running locally on my Qlik Sense Desktop version.
