Qlik SDK throws erro "Application could not be created [1006]:app not found()"

Hi.

I am using a .net program to create Qlik app. The method I used is "AppWithNameOrCreate(<AppName>)" in ILocaition class. Sometime this method throws and error "Application could not be created [1006]:app not found()", but the app is getting created actually. Can some one help me to figure out this issue.
