Qlik Sense Business filelist for Datafiles

Hi,

I'm looking to find a way to list the files that are uploaded to the Qlik cloud. 
Below script works fine if the folder is an 'external' folder like DropBox - see Option 2: this gives me the result as expected.

But Option 1 gives nothing in return. 

Any ideas??
FYI in my case it's only qvd files so the QvdTableName function shouldn't cause a problem here.
