Qlik Sense Reload Task Fails


I have a reload task setup to reload an app daily.  The reload task fails.  Below is the log file entry for the reload task.  The log file indicates an Access denied error.  The interesting part is that I am able to manually reload the app in the app editor. 

Has anyone experienced this error before? Does anyone have a resolution?

Hello Everyone,

I am facing the same issue as Alec does. That is, i followed the Qlik Sense help page (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/3.1/Subsystems/ManagementConsole/Content/create-reload-tasks.htm) related to Creating reload tasks. All configuration was OK with the green confirmation success message in the bottom of QMC.

But, when it comes to create a reload task, i got either an Error status or a Never started one as you can see on the following screenshot:

Is Anyone able to help me to solve this issue please?
