Qliksense: How to arrange a specific value in the last of an attribute always!!?

Hope you are well.
I am stuck in a basic feature while designing a pivot table.
To explain i have used the Top 10 Features on a dimension so first 10 values are shown followed by Others(which combines other values in it).
if i sort in on the basis of measure in descending order (by using sort by expression), it brings the last value (i.e. Others) on top which is correct.. somehow i need to build an algorithm that will consider the following points-
a. it will keep the Others at last of the list
b. it will sort in descending order in top 10 records without bringing Others on top.
