Reference Lines with Alternative Measures in Combo Chart

I am a bit new to Qlik Sense and am hoping someone can assist. I have created a combo chart with 7 different measures - 1 measure with 6 alternative measures. I need to create a reference line that changes based on which measure is selected. All of the measures are timeliness measures that calculates the time between two timestamps.  Each measure has a separate goal which I need to be reflected when selected. I have a picture below showing the chart where the black line is the goal line (reference line)

Measures:

Door to Device (goal 90)

Door Arrive to CT/Start (goal 10)

CT Start to CTA/P Start (goal 10)

CTA/P Start to IR Activation (goal 20)

IR Activation to IR In Room (goal 20)

IR In Room to Puncture (goal 15)

Puncture to Device (goal (15)
