Reload licence monitor started but never ends

Hello,

I have noticed that my Licence Monitor and Operations Monitor were not refreshed anymore.

When I go to QMC / Tasks , I see their reloads are Started but they never end.

What can I do ? I have just restarted the server but nothing is better now.. What should I check ?

Where are the files located on the server ?

I can't believe the easy Qlikview interface has become so complicated now with QlikSense with such strange behaviours ..
