So we have an Access form that users can enter in information about certain products. One of the fields in named "Comments" and allows user to add any extra, relevant, information. The only issue is that when we import this this particular field into Qlik, it is accompanied by HTML markup. It looks like something like this:
"<div>Work Order had the wrong instructions; quantity was coded with the 3 parts rather than the 2 parts as it should be. Deviation was written to correct the error. The quantity should correct the error. Pallet # 1 qty 2160 90 cases and Pallet #2 qty 936 39 cases.</div>
<div> 5/15/2013</div>
<div><font size=2>Acct/Planning: Has issued correct for this product.</font></div>
<div><font size=2>Inventory Management: issue quantities to the WO for products.</font></div>"
This is actually one of the better examples, most of them have so many  's that it's basically unreadable in it's current state.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove or remedy this? Ether in Qlik or in Access itself.
Have you tried to load these table as HTML-table - there are options available within the table-wizard.
