Reset of Number of Cals allocated to this document

Hi Qlik Team,

Our Qlik users have allocated the document cals for a qvw and that number gets reset ,

Can you please help us understand why the number gets reset and how to avoid this ?

Apart from the doc cal on QMC , can you also confirm if there is a backend setting/limit that can be specified  for a document Cal ?
