Ticket Logging Scenario

Hi all, 

I am trying to implement a ticket logging system. Where tickets are logged according to the working days and hours. So for the first part getting the number of working days. Networkdays() fiction is being used. 


Second part include how will we store the tickets according to working hours. Consider a working environment where a new ticket is logged at 7 pm on Friday then in such case its logging time in my system should be 9am on Monday. Considering the working hours to be 9-6pm. How can we handle such scenarios. 


Now the data part we will be applying this strategy to new and reopened tickets. And in data we have stored timestamps for these tickets along with ticket number. 


Kindly guide me as I am really stuck on this issue.
