Time Range in Time Range intervals (clusters)

Hi Experts,

I have the following problems.

I have a time range like:

21:30  to 01:00 

Then I have time clusters like:

Cluster 1:  21:00  to 23:59

and

Cluster 2: 00:00 to 01:59

Now I want to find out in which time clusters is my time range.

In this case Cluster 1 and Cluster 2.

How can I solve this?
