Vertical Scroll bar "jumps" back to the top of the table

We have a table in Qlik Sense that returns anything between 5 to 100s of rows depending on the dynamic dimensions that the users can select. The issue is that we are unable to scroll down using the vertical scrollbar because it continuously "jumps" back up to the top. The are a few columns so there is no horizontal scrollbar. 
This appears to behave the same in Chrome and Edge and on both laptops or ipads.
Has anyone else experienced this and what was the resolution?

@njmaehler I have the same issue in Qlik Sense May 2023 SR2.

I have found out that if I have expression like Now() in Footnote (or Title or Subtitle) of Pivot/Straight table, scrollbar jumps up randomly.

I am experiencing the same issue without any resolution so far because I need to set the table names dynamically by expression based on selection criteria
