Zählen in einem Datumsbereich

Hallo Community

ich komme bei einer Formel einfach nicht weiter. 

Ich möchte die Anzahl der erfassten Datumsangaben innerhalb eines Zeitraumes zählen. Der Formeleditor unten auf der Seite zeigt OK und meiner Meinung nach auch die richtige Formel, allerdings ist das Erbegnis immer 0.
