count number of value of a rank

Hello,

I am currently building an application and I have a difficulty. On my application, I perform a rank to find out the number of calls from a customer over a period (which can change depending on the user's selection). For the purposes of a kpi, I need to count the number of rows whose rank value is 1.
How can I proceed? Knowing that Qlik does not accept to make a count on the defined row number.
in the screenshot the idea is to get the value 19 of the total in a kpi.
