Hello
got the following chart in Qlik Sense:
this displays avg of numbers related to several Submission IDs
Now in Nprinting I'm creating a page for each value of the Submission ID column
Now for some of the submission id values the chart's image is not displayed; and this behavior is random i.e. some time for the same selection the graph is rendered in Nprinting and sometimes it is not
check attached excel file to see the output of NPrinting
Hi,
What version of Qlik NPrinting are you using?
Did you checked the Qlik NPrinting logs?
The Excel example shows a blank image for the ID 11281. Has it data in Sense?
Best Regards,
Ruggero

where are log files located?
yes the 11281 has data in qlik sense
and sometimes when I generate the report in NPrinting the chart is drawn and sometimes shows a blank image
the problem is that this behavior is random
