"Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub with error (-102)."

Hi
I've installed ex novo Qlik Sense but when i try to open the application I reach the error "Could not Reach http://localhost:4848/hub with error (-102)."
I've tried to wait a few seconds and then refresh but nothing happened. I turned off my firewall and antivirus but nothing happened. I have no proxy
Can anyone help me?
