TOS 7.1.1 fails to load TaCoKit, takes approx 20. minutes and creates loads of stack traces

As I am trying to create a new component, I discovered a problem in my Talend installation. In an attempt to backtrack te issue, I reïnstalled a fresh Talend Open Suite installation (7.1.1), but the issue on the particular configuration seems to persist.

While trying to start TOS, a big amount of stack traces appear, attached in the log file, all indicating a problem with TaCoKit, especially around WebSockets. This might be caused by my environment (a customer-owned machine), but I don't see any reasons why this would be the case. I configured Talend with the following configuration:

Hi @svanleent,

Can you check you /etc/hosts fike - or windows one which is generally C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts - contains localhost entry please?
