Can't compute a dataset

Hi,

I created a connection to load in a sample dataset from Postgres however I can't compute the data quality score or preview the data.

When I press compute I get this message.

However, when I select the table earlier in the setup steps, I am able to view the actual data.

I uploaded a CSV file and I was able to view the data and quality score fine. I have a Microsoft SQL Server database which had the exact same issue. Any pointers as to what the issue could be? It looks like it's capable of viewing the data fine in the early steps.

edit: The data gateway is on version 1.6.9. The prerequisites have all been completed according to the documentation. https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Gateways/direct-access-g...

Edit2: I switched the direct access gateway connection and paired it to an older Qlik Cloud tenant that doesn't have any Qlik Talend capabilities, and I am able to connect the same data set and run compute successfully. However, this tenant doesn't have the Talend options for Data Quality or a data preview column.

Edit 3: I was able to get the data quality and data preview capabilities to work when using a Snowflake connection. Could this be a Postgres specific issue? I'd like to get this working with Postgres if possible. Thank you.

Edit 4: I found this link to some documentation that claims "if the schema and quality of the dataset fails to be retrieved, check if the connection you have set up in the Qlik Analytics Services hub has the Role field properly filled, or if the role itself grants the necessary permissions on the database table.". Yet, I am unable to find the setting that is mentioned as it is not present in my tenant.

Regards,

Mohammed
