Recently, I needed to review a user alert to be sure all the emails were correct. I took ownership of the alert to review it. I opened it, changed nothing, then put the alert back to the user.
It hasn't run since even if the criteria was met. Is there a setting that the owner has to enable? Similar to what we do when we change owners for an automation?
Is the trigger scheduler still active?
It is. I believe Qlik is checking the securities of the owner of the Alert - which makes sense. But I feel like I broke it when I took ownership and the user had to rebuild it.
