Compere information from two different dates

Hi Everyone!

I need  to compare sales  from  one quarter to the  previus one. 

 

Can  any body help  me  to make a calculation  where I  can be  reviewing  information from 4Q2022, and comparing  it  with the  information  in 3Q2022 and  4Q2021?
