Hey everyone,
I wanted to bring an issue to your attention that we have been experiencing lately. We are encountering frequent errors when attempting to extract data using the data gateway.
Error Details: Connector error: data loading error (DirectAccess-4008)
It seems that these errors occur when we migrate from our On-premise extract application to the cloud. The application contains numerous SQL queries and connectors. Interestingly, when we execute each part separately, everything appears to be working fine. However, when these components are combined into one application, it tends to crash almost every other time it runs.

Also, please provide more details on the scenario of the error, is always the same app, is kind of random and so on. The more information you can provide the better.

We upgraded a customer QDG-DA from 1.5.3 with DirectAccess-4008 error to 1.6.7 version, but tomorrow morning we have had:
What does it mean DirectAccess-4008? Maybe is not a Qlik data Gateway related issue?

At first glance, we would suggest to ensure process isolation is enabled and as well if the timeout parameters on your config file might need to be adjusted, usually these errors might be link to a disconnection during the reload.
To mitigate any possible issue, kindly remind about implementing a retry mechanism in case of failure.
