Dear,
Recently our Qlik account has been transfered from one user to another user in the company.
We lost all reports, but managed to transfer the reports back from the original to the new user.
However, the SQL connection was lost and we had to recreate it.
This worked partially. The connection is there but data always stops loading all of a sudden and we haven't been able to load the full report ever since.
Still loading nicely...
Suddenly, without apparent reason, it stops.. claiming the data connection has been lost.
The connection is ODBC to a SQL Server.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated, thanks.
Hello @Inge1 ,
Would it be possible to recreate the connection and copy/paste the code on a new application and see if the outcome is the same or not? I would expect the same, but still would be good to know, unless the connection was using the old user credentials or anything similar.
Is always failing on the same table?
can you query only that table if is the case on a new app and see the outcome?
Cheers,
Albert
Hi,
I duplicated the report, commented all other queries, and recreated the connection.
It did seem to retrieve a little more, but still not enough for reporting purposes since they need multiple years.
It is always the same table / query giving problems.
Cheers
