Date Picker not working in embedded Qlik Cloud sheet (Nebula / qlik-date-picker)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working with Qlik Cloud embedded analytics using Nebula.js and the standard sheet embedding approach described in the documentation:

I noticed a limitation regarding some native Qlik objects when embedding a sheet into a web page.

The Date Picker (qlik-date-picker) works perfectly inside the Qlik Cloud interface, but it does not function when the sheet is embedded in an external web page.

From the documentation, it seems that certain objects are not supported in embedded contexts (e.g., Animator, Date Picker), but I would like to better understand the reasoning and possible workarounds.

Embedding method: iframe / Nebula (tested both)
Object: qlik-date-picker
Behavior:

• Works inside Qlik Cloud ✔️
• Not interactive or not rendered properly when embedded ❌

Questions

1. Is this a known limitation of embedded sheets in Qlik Cloud?
2. Are there any recommended alternatives for date filtering in embedded environments?

For example: using variables, custom components, or APIs
Is there any roadmap to support these objects (like Date Picker) in embedded analytics?
