Doubt regarding Manage Endpoint Connections

Hi team,

I have a doubt regarding Manage Endpoint Connections: here we have Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics as target but not in source, why?

Then if we want to load the data from Microsoft Azure Synapse Analytics to another database or file system then in that case what should we do?
