Errorcode: ErrorDialog.NoConnectionCreated or QEP-107

Hi All,

I am having some problems in Qlik Cloud.

Users in Qlik Cloud cannot open the app. Sometimes the screen is just white. It doesn't work at all, and it doesn't load either. Today, some people cannot open the app at all, even after refreshing the page several times.

 

These are some of the error messages:

QEP-107

ErrorDialog.NoConnectionCreated

Unable to connect to the Qlik Sense engine.

 

Can anyone help me?
