Getting error when registering SMTP server in Administration > Settings > E-mails and reports

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering the following error when trying to configure an SMTP server in Qlik Cloud:

"Unable to verify provider configuration"

I've already requested our email provider to whitelist Qlik Cloud's IP addresses:

  • 18.205.71.36

  • 18.232.32.199

  • 34.237.68.254

However, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced similar problems or have suggestions on how to resolve this?

Additional details:

  • SMTP Server: mail.santos.sp.gov.br:587

  • Security: STARTTLS

  • Authentication: LOGIN
