How to connect PostGres SQL database hosted on GCP using QlikSense on prem

We are trying to connect to PostGres SQL database hosted on GCP (Google Cloud Platform). We tried using ODBC connector but GCP does not allow static password for the connection. 

How do we connect to PostGres Database on GCP using QlikSense connector?
