Log into the Qlik cloud

The email and password are correct but I can't log into the Qlik cloud. The web shows the following screenshot. Could you please help me?

you can try in different browser.

you are getting error in Chrome then try to open in Internet Explorer vice versa

I was in a similar situation, try Shilpan Patel's "Qliksense Visualisations Masterclass" on Udemy. It worked for me.
