Netsuite connector missing in Qlik Talend Cloud Data Integration

Hi Support,

In early 2025 we started using Netsuite as a source in QCDI projects. In the last 2 months however, we have noticed that the Netsuite connector has disappeared from the list of supported source SaaS applications in the user guide, and also doesn't appear as an option when creating a connection in the QCDI tenant.

Has the connector been permanently removed from QCDI? Or will it return at some point?

Thanks,

Nak

Hello Nak,

We are in the process of releasing a new, significantly more stable and scalable version of the NetSuite connector, targeted for availability before the end of this quarter.

As communicated to all partners in June of last year, we are phasing out the current connector version when it is not used directly by customers, even if it is still being used by partners. Since we did not receive any requests to retain the older version, we proceeded with the phase-out plan.

Our primary objective has been to minimize the migration impact for both existing and future customers. Accordingly, any currently running tasks that use the older connector version will continue to run without interruption until further notice. However, once the new connector is released, all newly created tasks will use the new version by default.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
