I can not find application settings when i open  application details. This is my personal work area

Can you check if your entitlement still remains Full/Professional and not Basic/Analyzer  ? 
It's like you have lack of permission on this app

Yes is Professional

Unfortunately, I've no other clue. I think you should reach the support team.

Maybe you can try to duplicate app or put it in a Managed Space ?
