Pivotal Support Account Creation

Hi Qlik Support,

 

Regarding the user creation that was requested earlier, the request was to support Greenplum but the response was for Attunity.

Can you help us Pak Alan, so Prudential can make tickets to Pivotal to support Greenplum?

We need to escalate this request asap, because Prudential currently have an issue and the year end process will soon be over.

 

Here's the final summary from latest status with support team :

 

Raditya.Putra@prudential.co.id : just received for the attunity account, but for the creation of pivotal tickets related to Greenplum, it has not been received

Afdoli.Fahmi@prudential.co.id : Haven't received any notification email yet

Adam.Delvino@prudential.co.id : Haven't received any notification email yet

 

Kindly need your help so that the three emails in Prudential can make tickets to Pivotal for the Greenplum issue.
