Qlik Cloud data Integration Oracle as Source database editions supported

Hi,

What versions of Oracle as supported by Qlik Cloud data Integration.

I review the documentation and says:

(i) Oracle 23ai source is supported with Oracle Standard Edition only.
Oracle Enterprise Edition
Oracle Standard Edition
Oracle Standard Edition 2
Oracle Express Edition

Information note((i) CDC from Oracle  Express Edition is not supported.
Oracle Personal Edition

is supported 19.x, 21c ?
