Qlik Data Gateway - Direct Access

I experiment an error to use DAG to connect with Teradata due to appear this error "ERROR [IM@@5] [Qlik [ODBC] (16001) General error: [Qlik[ODBC Teradata Driver]
(178) FIPS initialization error - Cannot open the tdclientdir file (in C:\Program
Files\lik\ConnectorAgent\GvOdbcConnectorPackage\teradata\lib\’) because: The
system cannot find the file specified [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's
SOLAllocHandie on SQL HANDLE DBC failed")"

I search the tdclientdir and don't cant find this file the path ' C:\Program
Files\lik\ConnectorAgent\GvOdbcConnectorPackage\teradata\lib\’'

The correct path to the folder is

C:\Program Files\Qlik\ConnectorAgent\QvOdbcConnectorPackage\teradata\lib

Maybe there's some typos in the path you wrote in the description.
The folder should be there, if not, your installation maybe corrupted.
I would suggest to upgrade to the latest version of DG, this should create the folder again.
You can also reinstall Data Gateway.
If this is not possible, you can install DG on another server and copy-paste the missing folder in the right location. I would not chose this option only if necessary: it is possible that other folders are missing.
